Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using any part of the GymTairo platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform. These terms apply to gym owners, managers, receptionists, and members who access GymTairo.

Description of Service

GymTairo is a gym management platform providing member management, QR-based access control, revenue tracking, multi-branch administration, and member-facing fitness tools. Features may be added, modified, or removed at our discretion with reasonable notice.

Account Responsibilities

• You must provide accurate information when creating your account.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access.

• Each gym account must be associated with a real, operating gym or fitness facility.

• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, including actions by staff.

Acceptable Use

• You may not use GymTairo for any unlawful purpose or in violation of Philippine law.

• You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform or other accounts.

• You may not use the platform to store or transmit malicious code or harmful content.

• You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract source code.

• Scraping, automated data collection, or reselling access to the platform is prohibited.

Subscription and Billing

GymTairo is offered on a flat monthly subscription basis. Fees are charged in advance each billing cycle. Failure to pay may result in account suspension. No refunds are issued for partial billing periods unless required by law. Pricing may change with 30 days written notice.

Data Ownership

You retain full ownership of all data you enter into GymTairo — member records, transaction data, and gym configurations. We do not claim ownership of your data. You grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide the service.

Uptime and Service Availability

We target 99.5% monthly uptime. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance where possible. We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party infrastructure, natural events, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, GymTairo's total liability for any claim arising from the use of the platform is limited to the amount you paid in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice depending on severity. Upon termination, you may request a data export within 30 days before deletion.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Metro Manila. These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and GymTairo regarding use of the platform.
